Mainly about biological protocols of cell, nucleus, DNA, RNA, protein etc. We will also discuss about different techniques such as PCR, Realtime (Quantitative) PCR, Electrophoresis, High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), ELISA, EMSA, Tissue Culture, antibody, immunohistochemistry, microinjection, shallow gradient centrifugation, RAPD, RFLP, hybridization etc. You can discuss about preparing reagents and buffers.
